Creek Side

The Creek Side is our Alpine series that lets you have a cottage that will fit on your smaller lake lots.

It has 768 ft. of living area on the main floor and 706 on the second floor, total living area 1474. It boasts the same features as the Riverside ,while maintaining a smaller footprint for those smaller lots. 24x32 outside measurements. Dress it up with a veranda if you have the space to make it a truly elegant cottage.
